It’s time for hats , tights and boots …..

That point of the year when you know summer has ended and soon we will be huddled around a bonfire and stocking up on thick soups, scented candles and flu medicines!

I must admit I am a sucker for the sun, the warmth on my bones and a serial sunglasses addict! But the chilly autumn nights bring Halloween , fireworks and an excuse to eat hearty meals and not feel guilty about ruining that previous summer body.

My autumn blog will include festive food, seasonal outfits and music to get me through the cold nights.
